The Toronto Week of Style is back for a second year, bigger and better! I will be hosting several of the shows throughout the Week so make sure you come and check it out! Hopefully I’ll be dressing a little better than my white tee, jeans and kicks, but we’ll see! Check the flyers for the info and also visit, Toronto Week of Style’s website
Sometimes when professionals screw up it’s hard for most to tell. In the case of Sue Simmons, not so much…there’s nothing subtle about this one! Not for the young ones or to be played loudly at work, unless your workplace is laid back like mine. Also, take notice of the heartfelt apology after the fact…ya soooo sorry, ha!
Ok, so apparently Kobe Bryant has enough time (and boredom!) to kick it with the dudes from Jackass to do another stunt for his Hyperdunks shoes! Yall remember the video of him jumping over the Astin Martin?
Well this one once again questions if Kobe is a crazy leaper or has friends that are amazing with a camera/editor! Have a look and feel free to post a comment!
So, every now and then I get really annoyed with the politics of the world, especially towards kids. Check this story out and feel free to leave your comments!

The Oregonian
BEAVERTON, Ore. Jaime Nared is nearly 6-1 and blessed with Michael Jordan-style skills. In games, the 12-year-old can more than hold her own against the boys, dropping three-pointers and sometimes scoring 30 points or more.
And there, according to her coach, lies the problem.
She’s so good, Michael Abraham said, she makes the boys look like scrubs. So she’s been told she can no longer play on boys teams at The Hoop, a private Beaverton basketball facility that runs a league in which Abraham’s teams compete.
The trouble started last month, when parents told The Hoop management they didn’t like Jaime playing with the boys.
Devo decided it would be a great idea to make a bet with a radio station in Orlando, Florida in order to make the playoff match up with the Toronto Raptors and Orlando Magic a little more interesting! After getting in touch with Stick On The Radio, XL 106.7, and discussing it with him, the bet was made!
-Orlando loses Stick has to dress in a Barney costume and take pics and post them online!
-Toronto loses and Devo has to get a Minnie Mouse costume and take pics and post them online!
Orlando won the series 4-1 and so here’s the step by step process Devo Brown had to go through…big shouts to the crew at the Disney Store in the Eaton Centre, Toronto

Ohhhhhh the drama of the NBA Playoffs! Here’s the background info you need to know in case you missed it!
-The Cleveland Cavaliers (Lebron’s team) finished 4th and the Washington Wizards (Deshawn Stevenson’s team) finished 5th in the Eastern Conference this season, earning them a first round match up against each other.
-Deshawn Stevenson calls Lebron James ‘overrated’ before Game 1 and thus the smack talk begins!
-Lebron replies and says, ‘it’s like Jay Z responding to Soulja Boy’
-Deshawn brings Soulja Boy to Game 3 to sit courtside to get on Lebron’s case.
-The series is now 3-2 in favor of the Cavaliers and Jay Z has responded to Deshawn with a diss track over the beat of Too Short’s ‘Blow The Whistle’
