Well, I had definitely been slacking when it’s come to working out and keeping healthy.  I turned to my friend Brad, whom I trained with when I was in the best shape of my life. He has a brand new facility and great ideas when it comes to getting fit.  HPC - Human Performance Coaching caters to athletes and very serious trainees. It’s a very intense environment, in a warehouse tucked away in an industrial park. Memberships come with 3-6 training or therapy sessions per member per week (therapy sessions are not performed in groups). HPC also offers the following :
