I would like to start off by saying, I’m not a movie reviewer..nor have I ever been.  Now that we cleared it up, let’s talk about the Taking Of Pelham 1,2,3.  The movie stars a few big names in, Denzel Washington and John Travolta.  Denzel was Denzel-consistent performance in what we’ve come to expect from him.  Travolta, on the other hand, really stepped it up for this one.  There are times when you think, ‘this dude is insane!’  As well as times where you feel attached to his character.  The story line doesn’t offer very many surprises for the audience and ends kinda cheesy.  I don’t want to spoil it for ya, but it is a predictable flick, with about 10 percent of it bein actual action scenes.  Will this do well in the box office this weekend?  Yup.  Should you wait to watch it on blu-ray? Yup.  Enjoy the movie and feel free to add a comment with your thoughts.
